What impact you’ll make

As a Contract Administrative Assistant, you will ensure our order-to-cash and project operations run smoothly by managing both loose and project-specific orders across multiple product lines. You will create internal purchase orders, coordinate shipments, ensure accurate invoicing, and drive timely collections. Your work will strengthen project delivery, support healthy cash flow, and provide a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Streamlining customer order management by ensuring full compliance with internal processes and effective coordination across the group’s plants, enabling orders to be delivered with minimal delays or issues.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving any incidents that arise throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Ensuring that all company departments and group plants have the accurate and timely information needed to achieve operational objectives.
  • Maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication with customers regarding the status of their orders.
  • Enhancing the efficiency of transportation planning and customs procedures.
  • Overseeing customer invoicing to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
  • Tracking outstanding payments and coordinating the necessary actions to ensure collections are completed within established deadlines.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree or training in Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Understanding of logistics and customs processes.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
