Design activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To work on EBOP packages – Transformer, GIS, Switchyard, Busduct, Distribution system, cable, grounding etc.

• Do basic and detail design of EBOP packages.

• Do offer evaluation, interaction with supplier, Bid Evaluation

• Maintain risk and opportunities in the package

• Ensure timely deliveries of Documents

• Understand and apply design processes

• Knowledge about interfaces of electrical BOP packages with each other and with other functions.

• Ensuring correct interfaces in the projects.

• Ability to work in a team, ability to quickly learn & adapt.

Required Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer BE/B.Tech with 6-8 years of experience in EBOP Hydro Power Plant Design, having a good knowledge of the EBOP packages.

Desired Characteristics

• Customer focus and committed to on time delivery.

• Good command over English – written & verbal.

• Good command on MS Office, Autocad, knowledge on ETAP, system studies and protection settings would be an added advantage.
