Job Description Summary

As a Lead AI & Automation Analyst, you will support the business strategy by leading the execution of AI and automation initiatives within the OTR Modeling and Margin Review processes. This role is responsible for driving prioritized productivity and simplification efforts that reduce manual work, improve process quality, and deliver measurable business value.

You will work across functional teams to identify opportunities, translate business needs into practical automation solutions using Amp, Copilot, Python, and related tools, and lead implementation activities through testing, documentation, adoption, and standardization. The role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and sustained results.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive, and high-volume processes within the OTR Modeling team, Margin Review and other cross functional processes within Contractual Services Business organization with special focus on opportunities to improve productivity and simplify work.
• Gather relevant information, document current-state processes, and prepare analysis to support prioritization of AI and automation opportunities.
• Lead the development, testing, and implementation of solutions using Amp, Copilot, Python, and other automation tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to advance initiatives from concept through execution and deployment.
• Drive standardization, adoption, and reuse of automation solutions across the OTR Modeling and Margin Review process.
• Develop documentation, process maps, training materials, and change readiness content to support successful implementation.
• Track project progress, capture outcomes, and support reporting of productivity gains, implementation status, and value delivered.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across OTR Modeling, ITO Modeling, PRM, Portfolio Health, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce outsourced effort, manual rework, and cycle time through improved process design and automation.
• Support AI awareness, coaching, and capability-building activities within the OTR Modeling and Margin Review community.
• Operate within an established governance model, with strategy, prioritization, and leadership oversight owned by the People Leader and broader function leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of the Contract Margin Review internal process and accounting policies.
• Experience in the use of AI, automation, process improvement, or digital productivity tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and data handling.
• Exposure to Python, Copilot, Amp, or similar tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
