Stellenbeschreibung

Job Description Summary

Build the product data that helps turn engineering design into real-world energy solutions. In this role, you will support how Steam Turbine and Generator products are defined, structured, and connected across engineering and manufacturing systems. Your work will help teams use accurate product data, reduce errors, and improve how work moves from design to production.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Support the definition and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for Steam Turbine and Generator components, helping ensure product structures are accurate, clear, and usable across engineering and manufacturing.
  • Help maintain data flow between Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to support a reliable digital thread and reduce data issues.
  • Work with regional manufacturing sites in Central Europe to apply standard configuration practices while considering local operational needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements in product structure management, including identifying opportunities to simplify manual steps and improve data accuracy.
  • Partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Information Technology (IT) teams to help translate engineering requirements into manufacturing-ready product data.
  • Support change management activities by sharing knowledge, encouraging consistent ways of working, and helping teams adopt digital tools and standard processes.
  • Participate in data quality checks and audits to help maintain strong downstream support for order management and supply chain execution.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Relevant/proven experience in Product Definition Engineering (PDE), systems engineering, configuration management, or product data support in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • A formal education and subsequent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering data, product structures, or configuration-related processes.
  • Good communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Ability to work across functions and support technical problem-solving with engineering, manufacturing, and digital teams.
  • Interest in learning and growing in product structure management, system integration, and manufacturing data processes.
  • Strong fit for this role includes someone who is organized, curious, comfortable working with data and technical processes, and motivated to build experience in a complex industrial environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including platforms such as SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar tools.
  • Experience in Steam Turbines and/or Generators.
  • Working knowledge of CATIA V5 or Siemens NX.

Why This Role

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career engineer or technical specialist who wants to build experience in product data, engineering systems, and manufacturing operations. You will work on real products, support cross-functional teams, and grow your skills in a role that connects design, systems, and production.
