Join a winning team and help drive the Green Energy transition at GE Vernova Hydro Power!The Lead Supply Chain Data Management Specialist designs, develops, and implements digital solutions that empower Supply Chain teams to manage performance through reliable data, meaningful KPIs, and streamlined processes. Operating globally, this role delivers dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools that improve operational visibility and execution efficiency — while ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement across regions.
This role works closely with regional teams, business stakeholders, and the Business IT team to ensure solutions meet operational needs, technical standards, and governance requirements.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
Deployment Planning & Execution
Partner with regional Supply Chain teams to gather requirements and identify operational pain points.
Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions supporting KPI management, process visibility, and execution efficiency.
Plan and execute deployment activities for dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools, ensuring alignment across functions, regions, and IT.
Support solution testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness in compliance with technical standards and governance.
Functional Readiness & Standards
Define and maintain functional requirements, usage guidelines, and process standards for all developed solutions.
Ensure tools are built in accordance with data governance principles and business standards, promoting regional standardization while accommodating local needs where appropriate.
Develop training materials and user documentation to support end-user readiness and process adherence.
Cutover, Stabilization & Adoption
Coordinate cutover planning and go-live execution for new tools and process improvements.
Monitor post-deployment performance, manage issue resolution, and track solution usage and user feedback.
Provide ongoing training and support to drive adoption, gather enhancement opportunities, and ensure long-term sustainability through governance routines.
Required Qualifications (What you will bring):
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: Background in Supply Chain, data management, digital transformation, business analytics, or process improvement.
Technical Skills/Tools:
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business process data.
Familiarity with workflow tools, automation solutions, and digital process improvement methodologies.
Understanding of AI and digital technologies applicable to business optimization.
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Proven project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator — able to train users and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Professional proficiency in English.
