1. Daily activity follow with blueprint standard SAFETY as mandatory, and Quality, Delivery as 1st

Priority

2. Daily activity for PM, CM, PDm, Improvement continously

3. Hard Technical Skills (The Foundation)

4. Follow and able to demonstrate activity Digital & Administrative Skills (CMMs, Data Entry)

5. Struggle and ability to work under pressure with work shift and long shift

6. Write reporing into SAP/Computer/CMMs that was implementing

7. Demonstrate to communication and collaboration works with team and cross dept.

Required Skill Set :

1. Safety, Integrity and compliance skills is mandatory

2. Experiences 7 year with vocational / high school background or 4 years from diploma 3 or

equivalent required (Min.2 yeas from bachelor degree)

3. Understand with Mechanical Systems, Electrical Proficiency, 7 Pillar of TPM (PM, CM,..)

4. Able to diagnostic problem (Troubleshooting, RCA,Fishbone Diagram, 5Why)

5. Familiar & able to operate with Welding, General machining and Rotating Equipment more

6. Familiar with CBM Tools and other measurement support tools (Vibration, Environment Tools,

Temperature Gun, pH Meter) is POINT PLUS

7. Attention to detail (prefer candidates who can pay close attention to details because it helps

them learn a new process).

8. Communication and computerize skills (Proactive coord. , collaboration, write report into system

SAP/Computer/CMMs)

9. Problem-solving skills (prefer candidates who can develop creative solutions to potential

workplace problems desirable for this role)

10. Good personality & interpersonality, positive vibes, challanging style and hardworking

11. Willing to stay in Bandung
