Job Description Summary
Gewährleisten der Einhaltung von Standards, der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Prozessen sowie der effektiven Verwaltung von Budget und Ressourcen, Sicherstellen, dass das Team über die Prozesse und Tools verfügt, die zur Erfüllung der Projektverpflichtungen im Rahmen professioneller Dienstleistungen erforderlich sind. Beeinflusst den Abteilungsbetrieb und ist verantwortlich für die Planung/Ausführung.Die Rolle hat eine gewisse Autonomie, konzentriert sich jedoch auf die Ausführung von Aktivitäten innerhalb einer operativen Disziplin, die durch funktionale Standardpraktiken und -verfahren abgedeckt wird.Möglicherweise ist ein gewisses Urteilsvermögen erforderlich, dies erfolgt jedoch in der Regel unter Anleitung.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PERS renewal pricing calculations, proposals, and quotes on an ongoing and proactive basis.
- Generate customer quotes and manage follow-up activities through phone and email communication.
- Update and maintain accurate, current customer data records for all PERS customers.
- Perform data entry and data enrichment activities to support installed base cleanup and database integration efforts.
- Support the Customer Success team with renewal-related data, pricing, quoting, and account activities.
- Respond to requests from other PERS teams as needed, representing the Renewals team in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Support warranty-related processes, including service contract maintenance.
- Perform rebooking activities as required.
- Manage cases and related follow-up actions to support renewals and customer account needs.
- Provide support for additional projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and minimum of 2 years in similar position or sales support, customer service, order management, proposal management
- English and Spanish fluent communication skills
