Job Description Summary
We are looking for an IT Specialist with solid experience in corporate profile management, cloud platforms, and IT service management. The resource will be part of the DT Operations team and will play a key role in the management and maintenance of Single Sign-On solutions, HP PaaS platforms, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Users Management
• Manage the deployment of user PCs and their basic configuration according to company policies
• Manage the deployment of corporate phones according to the policies defined in the corporate Mobile Device Management platform
• Manage troubleshooting of issues encountered by users
Single Sign-On (SSO) & Identity Management
• Manage Single Sign-On solutions based on SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols
• Administer Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD and oversee platforms dedicated to MFA such as Ping ID and Yubikey
• Ensure access security through policies and Conditional Access
• Manage automated user provisioning and deprovisioning via SCIM
• Monitor authentication logs and respond to identity-related security incidents
PaaS & Cloud
• Support the management and optimization of PaaS environment
• Collaborate with development teams for the deployment and maintenance of cloud-native applications
• Monitor platform performance and manage scalability and service availability
Trouble Ticketing
• Use the ServiceNow platform (ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Support users and train internal staff on the use of the platform
Microsoft Office 365 & Collaboration
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
• Manage licenses, groups, security policies, and compliance in the Admin Center
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams as a corporate communication platform
• Manage DLP, retention, and Information Protection policies
Requirements
Technical Skills
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT role with a focus on identity management and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM or CSA certification is a plus)
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related administration tools
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automation and scripting in the Microsoft environment
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security concepts and the ITIL framework
Soft Skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in dynamic environments
• Proactive approach to continuous learning in IT technologies
• Good knowledge of technical English (B2+)
