Job Description Summary

Ensure setup and operational start (networking, infrastructure, etc.) for Aero Alliance Mesagne shop.
In this role you will act as a key member of Aero Alliance Mesagne Shop Team in building close relationships with shop leadership to ensure smooth operations and support Aero Alliance JV strategic and transformational initiatives.
You will support the team in proactively drive the prioritization, budgeting and resource planning of DT work.
You will communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization and support shop floor applications including basic troubleshooting/triaging of issues and demand management for change requests.
The expectation is to act as a DT solution provider by understanding digital needs on the shop floor.

The role is intended to be performed on-site.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Ensure Smooth Ongoing operations

o   DT single point of contact for the site

o   Networking

§  Setup and monitor connectivity of site

§  Setup Maintain/Upgrade/Refresh Access Points for optimal site performance

o   End-User/Desktop/Collaboration Support

§  Provide L1/L2 support for employees

§  Resident support for MS Teams and other collaboration appliances/devices

o   Shop Automation Support

§  Ensure OT network connectivity

§  Machine connectivity for monitoring usage/utilization

o   L1 Application Support

-          Programs Support (Responsibility)

o   DT support for global initiatives and programs

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-          Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline.

-          Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT/DT domain.

-          Application support experience will be preferred.

-          Strong self-directed leadership with proven track record in projects / operations while working with matrixed teams.

-          Strong oral and written communication skills.

-          Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

-          Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously.
