Recruitment Context / Reason for Hiring:
• As part of the site's industrial transformation, the Methods team is strengthening its resources to support the deployment of automation solutions and the implementation of a management cockpit (visual management system) for the daily monitoring of Production, Quality, and Maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities / Assigned Tasks:
• Support automation projects by tracking milestones, risks, and weekly progress meetings, as well as assisting with FAT/SAT preparation and commissioning activities (checklists, deviation tracking, documentation management).
• Contribute to the development of a digital management cockpit (visual management system), including KPI definition, PLC/OT data mapping, and on-site validation with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives through documentation updates, creation of templates and standards, and the capture and sharing of lessons learned (RETEX).
Required Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of industrial methods and operational performance improvement.
• Basic understanding of automation systems and industrial data environments (PLC/OT) is an advantage.
• Fluent French and English.
Required Personal Qualities
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, hands-on mindset, and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and departments.
Required Education Level
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree +2 years level qualification (or equivalent), Engineering degree, or Master's degree through an apprenticeship/work-study program.
Required Field of Study
• Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Data Engineering, or a related field.
