Job Description Summary
As the Nuclear Global Supply Chain IT Leader, you will define and execute the digital technology strategy for nuclear supply chain operations. You will lead business and digital transformation initiatives across EHS, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and logistics to drive productivity, efficiency, and growth. This includes overseeing ERP/MES consolidation, Manufacturing 4.0 adoption, data and AI-driven solutions, and connected shop floor strategies. You will partner with cross-functional site teams, manage program execution, optimize the application portfolio, and ensure stable daily operations. You will also manage, develop, and mentor a team of direct reports.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Define and execute the Information Technology (IT) strategy and digital transformation roadmap across EHS, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Logistics
- Lead Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives leveraging cloud, data acquisition, and modern platform strategies
- Drive Data, AI, and machine learning initiatives including machine vision and safety-focused solutions
- Establish and manage data pipelines to support analytics and AI capabilities
- Lead implementation of smart procedures to ensure process adherence and quality
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology partners to define and prioritize the IT project portfolio based on business value
- Champion cross-functional transformation programs spanning multiple IT disciplines
- Lead application landscape optimization and standardization to reduce complexity and cost
- Manage internal and vendor resources across multiple concurrent programs, resolving roadblocks and dependencies
- Own budget planning, tracking, and financial management for the program portfolio
- Manage executive stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and outcome tracking against service-level targets
- Lead the team through change; recruit, develop, coach, and manage the performance of direct reports
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- 15+ years of IT leadership and program management experience, including large portfolio and financial management across cross-functional initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time

- Experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
- Strong track record delivering large-scale, global technology programs
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executive-level stakeholders
- Track record of driving IT innovation and technology-enabled business outcomes
- Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets including annual planning and large-scale project financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Demonstrated customer focus with a track record of building strong relationships and shaping customer-aligned solutions
Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing risk effectively

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $155,300.00 and $258,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
