In this role, you will provide technical direction across both Python and AngularJS full-stack environments. Job Description

• Dual-Stack Mastery: Proven expertise in building and maintaining production-grade applications using both Python (Django/FastAPI) and AngularJS, JavaScript.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and a deep understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Technical Leadership: At least 1–2 years of experience leading small teams, conducting code reviews, and defining technical roadmaps.
• DevOps Mindset: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and infrastructure management.
• System Architecture: Ability to design microservices and API-driven architectures that are resilient, secure, and scalable. 

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Certifications (Optional but preferred): Professional certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP, Java (OCPJP), or Python (PCAP) are a strong plus.

• Pragmatic Polyglot: A "tool-agnostic" mindset—someone who chooses between Java and Python based on the project's needs rather than personal preference.
• Strategic Mentor: A natural teacher who enjoys upskilling junior developers and fostering a culture of high-quality code.
• Architectural Vision: The ability to see the "big picture," ensuring that different tech stacks communicate efficiently without creating technical debt.
• Decisiveness: Comfort making tough technical calls under pressure and defending those decisions to stakeholders.
• Growth Mindset: A proactive learner who stays current with evolving DevOps trends and emerging backend frameworks.

Candidate should be willing to travel to customer locations both domestic as well as international.
