Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will lead a regional team of operations professionals for GE Vernova’s Talent Acquisition function across the Americas, providing leadership and operational oversight for Talent Acquisition processes, tools, analytics, lean, and compliance. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader, this role will oversee Lead and Senior TA Operations team members and drive regional execution in support of a standardized, high-quality, and efficient hiring experience.

The TA Operations Manager will play a critical role in translating global TA Operations strategy into effective regional delivery across the Americas. In partnership with recruiting teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, this role will help advance Talent Acquisition capabilities, improve process adoption, strengthen stakeholder experience, and foster a culture of team, belonging, and growth.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead regional initiatives and priorities that strengthen Talent Acquisition Operations capabilities and support continuous improvement across the Americas
  • Manage a regional team of TA Operations professionals, including Lead and Senior team members and coordinators, to deliver high-quality outcomes on time in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive regional adoption of recruiting processes, enterprise standards, tools, and technologies
  • Monitor regional metrics, workload, capacity, service delivery, and data integrity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Leverage data and analytics to reinforce accountability and improve operational performance
  • Partner with recruiting teams and stakeholders to improve the candidate, recruiter, and hiring leader experience
  • Apply Lean methodologies and project management rigor to process improvements and operational enhancements
  • Partner with technology teams on implementation, support, training, and adoption of recruiting tools and systems
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, enterprise standards, and local requirements across the Americas region
  • Support governance activities, including audits, controls, and regional compliance reviews
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for escalations and stakeholder needs related to TA Operations
  • Contribute to global TA Operations projects and share regional insights to support enterprise-wide improvements
  • Foster a culture of belonging, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge/experience

  • Minimum (12) years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of (10) years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Minimum of (5) years of People Leadership experience

  • Prior experience managing people and/or leading high-performing teams

  • Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives

  • Expertise in recruiting best practices, process improvement, project and change management, and recruiting technologies and systems

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decisions and improve outcomes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones within the Americas and on select global calls as needed

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required

  • Strong English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt as priorities evolve

The salary range for this position is $122,400 to $203,900 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% performance bonus.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
