Job Description Summary
Préparation de propositions/offres, négociation de contrat et respect des engagements contractuels et évaluation des risques commerciaux Exerce un impact sur les approches, projets et programmes du domaine fonctionnel ou de l'organisation et des méthodes de travail affectées. Influe sur la qualité, l'efficacité et l'efficience de sa propre équipe. Se fonde sur des pratiques et des politiques commerciales pouvant être façonnées par le rôle. Possède un contrôle et/ou une influence notable sur les priorités commerciales. Ce rôle dispose d'une autonomie modérée pour conclure/exécuter des accords commerciaux. Des niveaux élevés de discernement commercial sont nécessaires pour obtenir les résultats escomptés.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical bid development and negotiation. Owns the technical analysis of customer inquiries, Request for qouatations RFQs, or tenders, to determine proposal requirements, scope of supply, and winning equipment configurations. Matrix leadership of technical team including Application engineering, EHS, product engineering, renewables product line and all other technical disciplines for proposals
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Technical Proposals. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum work experience of 8-12 years in techno-commercial segment and wind turbine experience.
