Current [HVDC], Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems [FACTS], Alternating Current Systems [ACS] and Services [Global Long
Term Service Agreements, Turnkey Retrofits, HVDC & FACTS Modernization & Upgrades].

ACS
Alternative Current Systems, or ACS, is the Grid Systems Integration business that provides grid expansion and modernization solutions for AC substations. We serve as the engineered equipment package provider or the turnkey station provider for onshore and offshore AC stations, Gas Insulated Substations, LNG Plants, O&G Facilities, and even hybrid battery storage systems.

HVDC
High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) is the technology of choice for transporting bulk power and renewable energy from the point of generation to the point of use. Offshore wind is experiencing unprecedented growth, and HVDC is the technology that connects that green power to the grid.

FACTS
Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) is an industry name given to a group of technologies that can make our AC transmission systems for reliable and efficient. Technologies such as Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOM) and Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) are currently experiencing very rapid growth.

Services
Grid Systems Integration provides maintenance and service for all of the solutions in our portfolio, including supporting our customers with Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s). Field Services is a “front-line” job and one that puts employees directly in touch with our customers and working collaboratively with them to maintain their operations and optimize our solutions for the long term.

The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) aims to develop a pipeline of digital minded leaders with the right combination of business
acumen and technical expertise to conquer the challenges of a leadership career within GE Vernova. Our mission is accomplished by ensuring
the program and its participants, in alignment with our digital technology functions, gaining expertise in Leadership, Continuous Improvement,
Problem Solving, Business Acumen, and Technical Aptitude.
The rotational experience consists of four rotations each lasting a duration of six months. Year 1 focuses on developing the program member’s
Energy and Business Knowledge, while Year 2 focuses on their development as a leader. It is an immersive experience that includes deep
business and functional acumen, in-depth rotations of various functions, training, and experiences so that a program member can begin their
journey of becoming the next generation of Energy leaders.
