Rotations
You will work in four different working environments where you will experience different technologies and business context (Manufacturing, Supply Chain,Finance…). Some typical rotation include:

Community
You will join a globally diverse community of young professionals, not just within Digital Technology, but across the other GE Renewable Energy's leadership programs as well. You will train, work and lean from one another. The program offers high visibility amongst senior leadership thereby bringing out greater business impact. The relationships you develop on the program are the start of your professional network and some will become friends for life!

Development
During the program you will be exposed to many development opportunities. At the beginning of the first and the second year you will meet with all the leadership programs’ member for an immersive week of training. These events are complemented with additional learnings moments such as professional certifications, master’s degree credits, On-the-job trainings and many others.
