Rotations
You will have the opportunity tocomplete 4 rotations within the GlobalSupply Chain function in various product lines (Onshore/ Offshore Wind, Hydro, Grid Solutions, LM Wind or Hybrids) across 2 years. Assignments range may include Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor, Sourcing, Quality, EHS, Materials or Planning. GE's OMDP rotations and assignments use lean, continuous improvement and problem- solving techniques to reduce costs, lead time and improve product quality.

With Operations Management Development Programs in over 10 countries and 25 locations, you will join a globally diverse community of early-career engineers as well as a community comprised of all of GE's development and leadership programs. Development
Edison Engineers are provided exceptional technical training via GE Renewable Energy experts. This training allows our Edison Engineers to apply their engineering knowledge to Renewable Energy's real-world problems. In addition, where available, Edison Engineers are offered the option to pursue a GE-funded Masters degree.
