任职资格要求：

• 教育背景： 2025/2026 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历。
• 专业领域： 机械工程、自动化、工业工程、电气工程、能源动力等理工科相关专业。
• 核心素质： 具备一定的英语基础，乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战。

• Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, a strong team player, and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

• Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelor’s degree or above.
