Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Supply Chain and Shop teams to define long term plan for Channels Engines and Modules
• Work with Channels to ensure priorities are captured and properly evaluated for long term plan definition
• Work with shop team and capacity planners to proactively monitor internal capacity, identify gaps and drive actions to reduce TAT and enable growth
• Work with supply chain team and material capacity planner to proactively monitor material capacity, identify gaps and drive actions to reduce TAT and enable growth
• Work with S&OP and Channels in the DMR/SMR process acting as reference point for MPS.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in materials management, production scheduling and shop operations experience.
• Strong Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledge.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP system and advanced use of Excel and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to planning and performance management.
• Fluency in English and Italian obligoatry.
