Job Description
Motifs / contexte du recrutement :
Le service Transport est à la recherche d’un alternant technicien transport qui, au travers de ses missions, pourra :
•Comprendre l’organisation des flux logistiques en France, en Europe et à l’international,
•Interagir avec l’ensemble des acteurs de la chaine de transport,
•Intégrer un service à taille humaine où la convivialité et l’entre-aide sont des valeurs fondamentales.
Missions / tâches confiées :
•Organiser les expéditions du site (sur ordre de transport) en routier, maritime, aérien ou par express ainsi que les retours de matériel tant en France, en Europe qu’à l’international tous incoterms confondus
•Etablir les documents relatifs à chaque transport : facture, packing list, certificat d’origine, carnet ATA, attestations diverses selon les exigences des pays
•Participer à l’établissement des déclarations en douane pour l’export
•Réceptionner les conducteurs et établir les contrats de transports + CMR ou lettre de voiture
•Effectuer le suivi de tous les envois transports et communiquer sur l’avancement des transports avec leur demandeur (services contrat, approvisionnement, planification et autres services)
•Gestion des produits dangereux (participer à l’établissement des déclarations de marchandises dangereuses et à la transmission des consignes aux transporteurs)
Compétences spécifiques requises :
•Connaissance en commerce international ou Transport et Logistique

The Transport department is looking for an apprentice transport technician who, through their missions, will be able to:
- Understand the organization of logistics flows in France, Europe, and internationally
- Interact with all stakeholders in the transport chain
- Join a human-sized team where friendliness and mutual support are core values
Missions / tasks:
- Organize site shipments (based on transport orders) by road, sea, air, or express delivery, as well as returns of equipment in France, Europe, and internationally, across all Incoterms
- Prepare documents related to each shipment: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATA carnet, and various certificates depending on country requirements
- Participate in preparing export customs declarations
- Receive drivers and establish transport contracts, including CMR or consignment notes
- Track all transport shipments and communicate progress to requesters (contract, procurement, planning, and other departments)
- Manage hazardous goods (participate in preparing dangerous goods declarations and transmitting instructions to carriers)
Required specific skills:
- Knowledge of international trade or transport and logistics
