Drive growth, coverage, and performance of the partner ecosystem across MENAT by developing strategic channel relationships, enabling partners, and executing go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute channel strategy across MENAT markets
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities
Partner Management
- Own relationships with key distributors, resellers, and value added resellers
- Establish joint business plans and track performance
- Ensure partner alignment with GEV’s priorities and offerings
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
- Support partners in building technical and commercial capabilities
Pipeline & Sales Execution
- Build and manage partner-driven pipeline
- Collaborate with sales teams on account planning and deal execution
- Ensure forecast accuracy and opportunity progression
- Track KPIs: revenue, pipeline, coverage, partner productivity
- Implement partner segmentation and tiering models
- Manage incentives and performance programs
- Align channel initiatives with regional campaigns and priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, market analytics or channel management within Grid Automation
- Proven ability to interpret business challenges and translate them into actionable plans
- Proven experience working with channel partners across multiple countries in MENAT
- Familiarity with compliance standards and corporate governance frameworks
- Ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams with a moderate level of autonomy while aligning with broader business objectives
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
