Job Description Summary

Drive growth, coverage, and performance of the partner ecosystem across MENAT by developing strategic channel relationships, enabling partners, and executing go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute channel strategy across MENAT markets
  • Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities

Partner Management

  • Own relationships with key distributors, resellers, and value added resellers
  • Establish joint business plans and track performance
  • Ensure partner alignment with GEV’s priorities and offerings
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
  • Support partners in building technical and commercial capabilities

Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Build and manage partner-driven pipeline
  • Collaborate with sales teams on account planning and deal execution
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and opportunity progression
  • Track KPIs: revenue, pipeline, coverage, partner productivity
  • Implement partner segmentation and tiering models
  • Manage incentives and performance programs
  • Align channel initiatives with regional campaigns and priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 10  years of experience in sales, business development, market analytics or channel management within Grid Automation
  • Proven ability to interpret business challenges and translate them into actionable plans
  • Proven experience working with channel partners across multiple countries in MENAT
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and corporate governance frameworks
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams with a moderate level of autonomy while aligning with broader business objectives
  • Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
