Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Job Summary

To be a coating cell operator to support repair process of GE gas turbine special process in PT GENTS Service Center. In this role, you will be an integral part of our skilled workforce, tasked with the surface preparation and robotic operation of gas turbine components to achieve highest quality products by complying to world class safety standards at all times.

Required Skills:

• Capable to perform robotic coating operation

• Capable to utilize relevant special equipment to perform surface finishing, and to inspect the component according to the procedures that the component can be returned to serviceable condition

• Upkeeping working environment according to the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and company policy,

• Maintaining the condition of the tools, equipment, machineries and workstation of the inspection process to improve process efficiency,

• Identify and communicate deviations from the engineering specification during the process with the appropriate communication method to Supervisor, Product Engineer to determine next course of action.

Basic Qualification:

• Min technical High School (SMK) with Mechanical/Aeronautics/Mechatronics focus

• 1 years of experience as Machine Operator,

• Capable to differentiate gas turbine part/components,

• Capable to follow working procedure and working instruction,

• Capable to read the engineering drawing,

• Capable to use measurement tools on components prior and after the coating process,

• Capable to write a working report,

• Willing to stay in Bandung.
