Job Description

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers’ and sales team requirements.

• Manage end-to-end quoting process:

• • Define technical scope with Application Engineers and Sales Managers

  • Identify key cost drivers and collaborate with SMEs on technical and financial risk mitigation

  • Run financial models and validate them

• Navigate regional and HQ commercial procedures

 Required Qualification

• EU work permit is required

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Energetic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based

EMPLOYMENT DATES:

• Preferred start date: January 2026

• Internship duration: 6 months, potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

• Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week, with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
