Job Description Summary

The Wind EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Specialist is responsible for assisting in efforts to maintain compliance, reduce risk and deliver EHS excellence through consistent data management using standardized processes, and tools across GE Vernova. This role will support the Wind EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Coordinators and Wind EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Lead in EHS systems developments and improvements and managing daily the EHS systems requests

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Daily support of digital tools and systems utilization across Wind EHS. Gensuite and Complyworks
  • Daily Support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness through dashboards maintenance. Detecting failures and fixing them with the proper team.
  • Support the EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Team on developing material related to Key Performance Indicators and trends.
  • Support and maintain EHS digital interface documentation and communication systems like SharePoint, One Drive and Box.   
  • Support the EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Coordinator and Lead in their daily tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements                      

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma with relevant experience in working with digital tools and systems and KPI management
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • High knowledge in Gensuite and Complyworks systems.
  • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft office packages, particularly PowerPoint, and other digital platforms, such as Smartsheet
  • Experience with SharePoint, One Drive, Box, and Tableau systems preferred
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of EHS management systems, GE EHS programs and digital applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
  • High energy, self-starter
  • Additional language skills
