Leading the transformer control cubicle drawings of standard/special power transformers based on customer’s specification and to prepare designs, calculations, drawings and bill of materials for procurement, quality, test and manufacturing functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing control cubicle drawings by using necessary tools
• Following up the control cubicle ordering process from beginning to the delivery of internal customers
• Following non-conformance reports and taking necessary preventive actions
• Controlling the control cubicle wiring design drawings as per customer comments and requirements by taking into account international rules and national standards, while relying on material specifications (technical understandings, costs, procurement loop), and manufacturing capabilities
• Having knowledge on recent Industrial Communication Protocols
• Aware of the company and local EHS policies, rules and standards
• Performing the preventive/corrective actions in collaboration with EHS team to avoid the accidents, incidents and environmental damages

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 2-year university program in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transformer control panel design area
• Knowledge of EPLAN or similar control panel tools
• Willing to work at Gebze plant at least 4 days per week
• Ability to live in Istanbul & Kocaeli​

Desired Characteristics

• Sound Knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals
• Good level of English both oral & written will be an asset
• Transformers design process experience would be an asset
• Having knowledge communication protocols including ethernet based protocols, fieldbus protocols like MODBUS, sectoral based protocols like DNP3/IEC 61850 and PLC will be a big asset
• Able to use computer-based tools such as EPlan P8, CorelDRAW, DraftSight, AutoCAD, SolidWorks electrical is required
• Comfortable Writing Technical Reports
• Work Effectively Under time pressure in complex organizational structure
