Here you will participate in enabling the energy transition, creating value for our customers to integrate more and more renewable energy into the grid through solutions that cover inter-regional interconnections, harnessing large offshore wind energy, and solutions that bring stability and reliability to the grid.
As the PDG (Product Delivery Group) Quality Leader for FACTS, you will be responsible to drive quality compliance within the FACTS Power Electronic Teams Globally. This will involve coordinating with the NPI (R&D) & Engineering teams to schedule and prepare the gate and technical reviews, with all teams to revise relevant processes and procedures, develop and monitor the CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Actions), perform Quality Audits and support Continuous Improvement for the Power Electronics activity of FACTS.

As the PDG (Product Delivery Group) Quality Leader for FACTS, you will be responsible to drive quality compliance within the FACTS Teams Globally. Here you will participate in enabling the energy transition, creating value for our customers to integrate more and more renewable energy into the grid through solutions that cover inter-regional interconnections, harnessing large offshore wind energy, and solutions that bring stability and reliability to the grid. This will include coordinating with the NPI (R&D) & Engineering teams to schedule and prepare the gate and technical reviews for quality assurance, with all teams to revise relevant processes and procedures, develop and monitor the CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Actions), perform Quality Audits and support Continuous Improvement FACTS PDG.

Under the leadership of the GSI Quality Leader, your action will be essential to ensure that the Quality function is active and driving improvements within the business in full alignment with functional leadership from FACTS PDG Leader.

Essential Responsibilities

Support and drive compliance with the Design and Technical reviews to ensure that the products being developed are risk adverse/managed.

Support business leaders to deploy and train staff on related procedures and work instructions.

Support the development of the Quality Culture on requirement management, Customer Complaint management, Non-conformity management, Lessons Learned implementation and align with Global instructions.

Work with team members to find creative solutions to address complex problems.

Perform and support internal quality audits.

Support and sometimes lead continuous improvement actions following RCA

Ability to travel globally to support team.

Apply Change Management in a growing Business and innovating on Process to Support Ramp up, Operational Excellence and Competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years related work experience.

Fluent in English.

Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Desire to work on international environment.

Strong problem solving, continuous improvement, lean, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex influencing/negotiating strategies at all levels of the organization.

Experience on Product Development and/or Product Management.

Desired Characteristics

Strong desire to learn and keep updated on regulations and standards.

Leadership skills to support Process Adherence at all functions.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 155,000 to 170,000 per annum
