Job Description Summary

We are looking for a qualified and committed Field Technicians for GE Onshore Wind to further consolidate and strengthen our GE Vernova Wind turbine service and maintenance team in Region Telsiai.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analyses and repair of wind turbine generator systems, including clarification of any client queries
• Planned and preventive maintenance of wind turbine generator systems
• Documenting of call-out responses, fault finding and repair work in service reports, logbooks and checklists
• Coordination of external and internal service providers and contractors on site
• Contact person for client technical queries, such as retrofits and repairs

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Professional training in electrical engineering sector (electrician, power electronics system, mechatronic engineer) or equivalent
• Certified Lithuanian Electrical qualification to the level of energy worker's certificate and the right to lead the operation of electrical equipment
• Familiar with PLCs
• High degree of quality awareness; excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems
• Ability to perform work at heights and carry out physically demanding tasks as required by the role
• High level of technical analytical abilities
• Willing to travel and work on weekends
• Class B driving license
• EU Work Permit
• Communicative English skills in both spoken and written
• Valid electrical certificate in Lithuania
