What impact you’ll make

As a member of the CSS Global Logistics team, you will be an active contributor to standardizing supply chain and transportation workflows, improving documentation quality, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics operations.

What you’ll do 

  • Review and update current transportation workflows for Inbound, Outbound, and Reverse Logistics for Parcel and Freight Forwarding modes of transport, inclusive of NCRs.

  • Develop 2026 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions using flowcharts and swim-lane diagrams where applicable.

  • Review and update current training materials.

  • Store updated materials in the CSS Logistics SharePoint for both CSS Parts and CSS Projects flows.

  • Update presentation decks with the new 2026 template, including Introduction to CSS Logistics and Team Org Chart content.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify supply chain bottlenecks.

  • Document proposed solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure all updated documentation is placed in the CSS Logistics SharePoint in QMS format, ensuring operational readiness.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Current minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.

What will make you stand out (Desired Qualifications)

  • Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Basic familiarity with process-mapping tools.
  • Ability to translate complex operations into simple, written steps for non-logistics users.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision to catch errors in shipping quantities, weight, or SKU details that could cause delivery delays.
  • You have a passion for process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • You are someone who brings strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
  • You have experience with process flow charting and workflow documentation.
  • You have an interest in global trade compliance, vendor management, and the lifecycle of a product from initial order to final delivery.
  • You have exposure to international trade procedures, international transportation collaboration, or 3PL support.
