- Coordinate with field technicians and site leadership to communicate turbine status, fault conditions, reset opportunities, and troubleshooting recommendations.
- Help track and document turbine downtime events, alarm history, and maintenance-related findings.
- Support investigations into electrical faults, sensor issues, network/communication disruptions, and control system anomalies.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries related to turbine availability, reliability, and operational performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on remote diagnostics, alarm management, workflow efficiency, and fleet performance.
- Help validate data quality from monitoring platforms and identify gaps in signals, telemetry, or communications from field assets.
- Support development or refinement of standard work instructions, response procedures, and documentation for ROC and field operations interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams on projects involving data analysis, automation opportunities, and system performance optimization.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational discipline in all monitoring and support activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA out of 4.0.
Other Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship both now and in the future.
