Job Description
What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)
As a Wind Edison Engineer, you will:
Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.
Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations.
Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Recent or soon-to-be graduate with both a completed Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree completed by June 30, 2026. Bachelor-only profiles will not be considered.
Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Controls, Materials, Civil, or other Energy-related Engineering majors will be considered.
Fluent in English. Other language skills are a plus.
Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 without rounding, or equivalent grading from European universities.
No more than 2 years of experience including internships
Available to work full time from the program start date of July 6, 2026, in Barcelona.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the European Union.
Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.

The vacancy will be open from February 2nd, 2026, to March 6th, 2026
Starting date in GE Offices in Barcelona will be 6th of July 2026.
