Job Description Summary

We are looking for an I&C Engineer to join the Ashalim Power Plant in Maintenance Team.
In this position you shall support the I&C scope on site , including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, supporting the implementation of tools and systems - all in accordance with contractual requirements, GE processes and country regulations.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis of control logic, detection of malfunction and elaboration of mitigation measures
• Executing simulations in compliance with established procedures
• Calibrations and equipment function check 
• Support the efforts to reduce maintenance costs by efficient use of consumables, parts and tools
• Support Cyber Security topics
• Execute different projects related to I&C 
• Support the I&C lead

Qualifications

• Certified Engineer
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a Gas/Steam/Combine Cycle Power Plant or Industrial facility
• Previous experience with DCS
• Good knowledge and understanding of industrial control systems and tools
• Hands on approach and ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent Hebrew and good English, both verbal and written
• Able to be on-call/work on weekends and holidays when needed
