Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of an investment project, including large-scale, complex reconstruction of industrial infrastructure.Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of the investment project (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
- Management of the project team
- Coordination and supervision of design and construction works
- Coordination and supervision of procurement of production machinery
- Coordination and supervision of refurbishment and relocation of production machinery
- Coordination of obtaining all required administrative permits and approvals
- Cooperation with machinery suppliers, designers, general contractors, and internal teams
- Leading project meetings, progress reporting, and risk management
- Supervision of works carried out in an operational plant (EHS compliance, minimization of downtime)
- Commissioning and handover of the investment to operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction, industrial, or capital investment projects
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders with diverse expectations
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written, including technical terminology
- Technical education (construction, engineering, mechanics) is an advantage
