Job Description Summary

The objective of sourcing fulfillment is to ensure information and equipment, material, and services, are shipped and received within specified schedules and in proper sequence to meet project objectives.
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize storage and process improvements.
Manage the fulfillment team to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials throughout PO to RTS to achieve fulfillment rates
Manage the fulfillment team to ensure customer demands are met on-time
Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements  

• An excellent good skill of English/Korean conversation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Technical discipline

• Minimum of 5~7 years’ experience in Sourcing, Engineering or Sales and etc.

• Some experiences in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Experience
