Job Description Summary
The MMP/TX Services Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for closing and pacing activities for the HDGT MMP/TX Business line to ensure timely and accurate financials. Areas of responsibility include project set up, performing contract margin reviews, pacing validation, monthly & quarterly closing activities, account reconciliation.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspects of project accounting for HD Services MMP/TX projects including project setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, manual journal entries and reconciliations, monthly / quarterly closing and reporting for the contracts assigned
Review and reconcile periodic balance sheet accounts related to projects & prepare and present balance sheet reviews as required
Perform Margin Review (CMR) reconciliation
Download & prepare SONIC data as part of the pacing process
Monitor intercompany transactions related to projects & partner with central IBS team to problem solve rejects & holds
Identify and execute on Lean / AI projects with global impact on MMP portfolio and partner with ERP finance on ERP deployments and continuous improvement ideas
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and contract terms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in Finance and FP&A operations.
Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in working with financial systems and data analysis tools.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
