In charge for daily accounting operations, driving operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
•    Perform daily project accounting incl. but not limited to subledger maintenance, reconciliation, sanitations, project cost accounting, project Interco transaction follow up and closures, project cost recharges (in and or out)
•    Project financial data collection, review process, discussion with project team, project risk identification, forecasting and reporting, remedial work plan and target time identification associated with 
•    Account receivable management / Project billing to customer            
•    Cash in and cash out (CFOA management) 
•    All balance sheet items related to project incl. but not limited to inventory, WIP, Progress Collections, Deferred Charges, etc. ensure they are fairly stated at all time.   
•    All project profitability analysis, price analysis (adjustments: up / downward), project margin upgrade / degrade
•    Project direct and indirect cost, FTE rates calculation, allocation and analysis, FTE utilization analysis
•    Identify project “off balance sheet” risks, forecast, report and introduce mitigating action plan and target date.
•    Ensure all regulations and company procedures are adhered at all times, including to support all relevant audits when required (STAT, Tax, Custom, etc)
•    Actively participate, support all relevant improvement processes 
Qualifications / Requirements :
* University graduate with major in finance or accounting, Accounting certification would be an advantage
* > 5 year work experience as GL accountant and or project accountant
* Big 4 audit firm working experience is an advantage
* Chinese speaking/written is mandatory. Fluent in English, both written and speaking.
* Good excel skills
* SAP experience is preferred
