Job Description Summary

The Lead Sourcing Specialist - Project Fulfillment Services is responsible for end-to-end order fulfilment, supplier coordination, and expediting of service and material orders for Aero power plant service projects. The role ensures on-time delivery, contractual compliance, and proactive risk mitigation when dealing with OEMs and suppliers (first, second, third tier) based in the USA, Europe, Asia while supporting outage, maintenance, retrofit, and emergency service requirements.

The role will be an enabling function to directly support to Aero Services Leader and Internal stakeholders (PMO, Engineering, CSL’s) with the goal of delivering on-time with 95% or above for our customers keep SQDCC in all action we do.

Job Description

Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in commercial contracts, Buy to Pay, ITR (ITO, OTR) process.

• Own end-to-end fulfillment of Aero Services CM&U, Field Services contracts (outages, repairs, upgrades, LTSA scope).

• Review PO requirements, scope, milestones, INCOTERMS, and delivery schedules in line with contract and project timelines.

• Manage time-zone differences by planning communications, meetings, and follow-ups effectively.

• Maintain strong working relationships with OEMs (e.g., Aero product, package and service providers and for balance of plant suppliers).

• Track supplier acknowledgements, manufacturing/service schedules, inspection plans, and readiness milestones (by Order Fulfilment tracker, daily follow-up tracker, meetings).

• Coordinate closely with engineering, service, projects, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Proactively monitor critical path activities, including manufacturing, repair cycles, inspections, FATs, mobilization, and shipping readiness.

• Provide support for Project specific requests that are non-standard in nature and drive alternative approaches to achieve desired outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, lead times, and fulfilment processes.

• Develop and implement standard expediting templates, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.

• Support supplier performance evaluations and lessons-learned reviews post-project or outage.

• Drive cross- functions to ensure accurate RTS Required dates at time of PO placement

• Partner with Logistics Ops to drive operational excellence

 

Requirements (What you will bring):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Economics

• Experience: Proven of experience in power generation, Aero gas turbine services, or project execution. Experience on Aero package TM2500, LM6000 shall be an added advantage.

• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Personality: Strong process mindset, strong interpersonal / facilitation skills

• Skills: Ability to influence global suppliers and team members

• Traveling: Ability to travel to US, Europe, Asia for expedite activity at short notice.
