Job Description Summary

Preferred candidate must reside in or willing to relocate to either Bellevue, WA or Melbourne, FL area in a hybrid schedule with at least 2+ days/week in office (Relocation Support Provided).

GE Vernova's Grid Software team is looking for a Learning Consultant who has lived the world of transmission, distribution, GIS, and/or markets and is ready to help others master it.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience in grid software, power systems, or utilities who can bridge deep technical knowledge with the art of teaching. If you know GridOS and understand how utilities operate, this role was built for you.

You'll go beyond traditional instruction. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and customers to design tailored learning solutions tied to real business outcomes, shaping bootcamps, certifications, and learning paths that meet learners where they are.

You'll own both sides, the classroom and the curriculum, delivering live training while developing the content that powers it. You'll also leverage AI tools, modernize instructor-led content into blended formats, mentor partner instructors, and use data to continuously raise the bar on learner outcomes.

Your impact will be measured in customer satisfaction, product adoption, and the scalable learning models you help build.
