Job Description
Our Steam Turbine Services Engineering team supports the global installed fleet by developing retrofit and repair solutions for existing steam turbines. These solutions help customers increase output, improve performance and reliability, and extend equipment life. Through advanced engineering methods, digital tools, and close cross-functional collaboration, our team delivers value across the full equipment lifecycle.
If you are energized by technical ownership, practical problem-solving, and the opportunity to improve critical power generation equipment already in service, we invite you to join our Steam Turbine Engineering team.
The Steam Turbine (ST) Manufacturing and Repair Development Engineer will provide technical leadership across repair engineering, manufacturing, and customer sites for rotating and stationary steam turbine components. This role develops repair solutions, improves shop execution, supports field and product line teams, and drives technical excellence across a global stakeholder network.
The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical engineering expertise, deep knowledge of repair and manufacturing processes, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, production services, shops, factories, suppliers, and field operations.
This role balances immediate technical issue resolution with longer-term development, including root cause analysis, cross-functional alignment, and the industrialization of repeatable repair and assembly solutions.
