Job Description Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide critical support to daily production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and delivery performance on the production lines. This role involves active troubleshooting, rapid problem-solving, and providing technical guidance to operators to ensure manufacturing consistency. You will operate within a defined engineering framework to support production goals while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to production lines, including addressing technical issues, process troubleshooting, and providing guidance to operators to ensure adherence to standard work instructions.
- Drive performance metrics related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery (SQD).
- Proactively identify safety hazards and concerns from operators. Work to remove hazards immediately if possible.
- Monitor defect trends and work within Built In Quality (BIQ) framework to identify root cause and solutions.
- Monitor production output and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Utilize root-cause analysis techniques to investigate production issues, equipment failures, or quality escapes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Participate in Lean events and support continuous improvement projects aimed at safety improvements, defect reduction, optimizing cycle times, reducing waste, and improving process reliability.
- Work closely with production supervisors, quality teams, and maintenance to resolve daily operational challenges and ensure a smooth shift transition.
- Support development of new lines and processes as part of ongoing capacity growth in the plant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- This facility operates 24 hours per day. Must be able to occasionally provide assistance to shifts outside regular working hours
- Must be able to work 100% on-site

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,600.00 and $137,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
