Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
• Support process improvement and efficiency projects
• Help collect and analyze production data
• Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
• Assist in maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
• Support documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or 5S programs

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles
• Laboratory experience in manufacturing or operations
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems
