As a member of the Materials Management Team at the GE Vernova production site in Birr, you will actively contribute to supporting the production of Hot Gas Parts as a Master Scheduler and demonstrate your initiative.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Building delivery schedule for parts in scope
• Creation of plans for orders upon receipt of a Purchase Order or special request
• Confirmation of achievable delivery dates for new customer order request
• Resource Planning (strategic/tactical/operative horizon) including the consultation for make or buy decisions and supplier development activities
• Formulation of recovery plans in case of master schedule changes and consequently the timely communication of those plans
• Maintaining the master schedule in all planning tools including the priority definition
• Supporting the S&OP process and updates during the fiscal year
• Running of production planning meetings
• Progress reporting to stakeholders
• Master Data Management – Ensure data integrity in our APS System FELIOS, SAP and additional planning and reporting files. That requires close collaboration with material planners, fulfilment
• Supporting – if needed – with (daily) critical order tracking and detailed production plans

What you should bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with practical experience
• Proficient in both German & English is a must
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on customer fulfilment, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Strong communication skills
• Team player - creates a culture of collaboration
