Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage bonded warehouse operations, ensuring all movements of bonded materials including receipt, storage, and consumption are documented in strict compliance with customs authorities.

- Conduct regular reconciliation audits for bonded materials to ensure physical stock matches customs system records; investigate and resolve any discrepancies immediately.

- Execute material disposition processes, including tracking of returns, repairs, and scrap management for both domestic and bonded items.

- In charge of bonded material handbook related work.
- Supervise all documentation preparation for commodities transported to/from our Shenyang facility (including Custom documents for imported goods)
- Assure coordination with transportation companies and Customs clearing company
- Frequent visits to customs, CIQ (Commercial Inspection & Quarantine) and other government offices for submission of forms and documentations relating to transportation of parts from overseas to China.
- Evaluation & Compliance with importing documentations / guidelines & process

Qualifications Required:

- Degree or certificate in Logistics related studies
- Working experience in transport /Customs related work.
- Product knowledge in Energy manufactured components a plus
- Well organized, self managed
- Sense of urgency.
- Clear decision-making ability
- Fluent in Mandarin. Good English skills: frequent global communications.
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Superior communication capabilities
