Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on brainstorming practical engineering solutions, creating detailed drawings, and developing clear fabrication, installation, and operations instructions. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer who can turn ideas into manufacturable and installable designs while supporting efficient execution in the field.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, evaluate, and develop mechanical design solutions

  • Create and revise mechanical drawings, layouts, and design documentation

  • Translate concepts into practical, fabrication-ready designs

  • Develop detailed fabrication instructions for manufacturing teams

  • Prepare installation instructions to support field execution

  • Create operations instructions for end users and maintenance personnel

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical, safety, quality, and operational requirements

  • Review designs for manufacturability, reliability, and ease of installation

  • Support troubleshooting and design improvements during fabrication and installation phases

  • Maintain accurate engineering records, revisions, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Working on Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Experience in mechanical design and drafting

  • Proficiency with CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)

  • Ability to develop technical drawings and detailed engineering documentation

  • Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, or technical manuals

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, assembly, and field installation practices

  • Knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards, and safety requirements

  • Experience supporting projects from concept through implementation

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

This is a temporary position from April 20, 2026-Aug 31, 2026. Can be flexible on time.
