Job Description Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Site Service Specialist to support Power Transformer (PTR) service activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, testing, installation, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
The candidate will also support commercial and tender activities during the bidding/tender stage by providing technical input, cost estimation support, and site execution planning.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Power Transformer service activities, including:
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Inspection and troubleshooting
  • Overhaul and repair
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Site supervision and technical coordination
• Support emergency response and on-site technical issues.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Support commercial and tender teams by:
  • Reviewing customer technical specifications
  • Providing technical clarifications
  • Preparing manpower and tooling estimations
  • Supporting cost estimation and execution planning
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during site activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Power Transformer services or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Power Transformer maintenance, overhaul, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting tender/commercial activities is an advantage.
• Familiar with transformer testing equipment and site procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites across Indonesia.
• Fluent in English is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and substation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing capability.
• Understanding of project execution and service business processes.
