Essential Responsibilities

• Provide first-level functional support on BusinessObjects (Keops) for Finance users
• Act as an interface with IT teams for BO-related issues and enhancements (second-level support)
• Create, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reports in BusinessObjects
• Support the development of dashboards and reports in Power BI (rollout phase)
• Perform data analysis, consistency checks, reconciliations, and ad-hoc finance analyses
• Document standard reports, recurring issues, and user guideline

Key deliverables

• Accurate and timely BO-based reports supporting OTR Finance activities
• Effective first-level resolution of BusinessObjects user issues
• Well-structured analytical views and dashboards (BO / Power BI)
• Clear escalation files and follow-up with IT teams
• Improved usability, reliability, and understanding of finance data

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, reporting, controlling
• Strong interest and hands-on aptitude for data analytics
• Experience or exposure to BusinessObjects and SAP
• Prior exposure to Power BI would be a plus
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful insights
• Good communication skills in English
• Junior profile aligned with a support and analytics-oriented role
