Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Management Office for PT Business Line to join our Digital Team.This role is responsible for ensuring that DT projects and programs are aligned with PT business goals, are prioritized effectively, and are executed with clear visibility on scope, schedule, cost, and benefits.
The PMO will also coordinate support, contracts, and resource management across the DT portfolio, partnering closely with business stakeholders, DT leadership, project managers, and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain an integrated portfolio of DT projects & programs supporting the PT business line
Align initiatives with PT business strategy, highlight gaps, overlaps, and dependencies
Facilitate prioritization and decision-making with DT and PT leadership
Track benefits realization and ensure projects deliver expected business value
Define and maintain standards, templates, and processes for planning, execution, and reporting of DT initiatives in PT
Establish and run governance routines
Monitor program health and drive timely corrective actions
Provide oversight and challenge to project plans, ensuring realism in timelines, dependencies, and resourcing
Coordinate with DT and Procurement to manage contracts for related DT projects
Track contract commitments, spend vs budget, and ensure alignment of contract terms with program needs
Support vendor management activities
Ensure smooth transition of completed initiatives into operational support, including handover to run/support teams
Maintain an overview of DT resource allocation
Identify resource constraints, conflicts, and skill gaps; propose options
Support workforce planning and forecasting for related DT work
Develop clear, concise dashboards and status reports for PT and DT leadership
Communicate portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders at multiple levels
Prepare executive-level materials for steering committees and strategy reviews
Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes, tools, and reporting
Promote best practices in program and project management within DT and across the PT business line
Support change management activities for new DT capabilities and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, portfolio management or PMO roles
Demonstrated experience aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
Solid financial and contract awareness, budgets, SOWs, vendor management, basic commercial terms
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Comfortable in hybrid working conditions
Ability to live in Ankara
