Job Description

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Develop and execute a fulfillment process that accurately tracks material delivery with regular reports to factory planning and Materials, Manufacturing site, Lifecycle CoE, Design Engineering leaders and integrates into the SI&OP process.

• Identify and solve capacity and fulfillment issues through regular visits by the team to suppliers, accurate capacity analysis, demand shifts and delivery prioritization.

• Proactively communicate issues and propose solutions.  Drive resolution and communicate decisions to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Act as the single “point of contact” for suppliers for Hot Gas Path Components for Energy Products France: GEEPF.

• Develop and execute an automated process and/or Op Rhythm that communicates critical information in business stakeholders.

• Lead a team of buyers in the procurement of material to support Gas turbine Supply Chain.

• Drive key metrics including: On time delivery, forecasting, cost out, market share and contract compliance as well as NPI program execution and Cash deliverables (Payment terms, inventory management of direct material). Focus is on Aero/ Innio components including Out Source  operations.

• Work with cross functional team including: supplier quality, strategic sourcing, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, BOM team, Cell leader, CoE Manager .

• Develop and report Key performance Indicators OVD, Material Availability and Supplier capacity.

• Manage critical issues including: missing parts, rescheduling, late delivery resolution, vendor billback, cancellations, PO price variance and invoice backlog reduction.

• Coach and develop buyers and lead buyers

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain management.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environment.

• Languages: Fluency in both English and Hungarian is essential.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and the ability to build automated reporting/analytical models.

• Mobility: Ability to travel for supplier visits (domestic and international).

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
