Due to the growth of our HVDC & ACIS business, we are looking for a self-motivated Resource Manager to support our strong ramp- up.
Your Mission: The Construction & Commissioning Resource Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation and management of Construction & Commissioning Staff and Tools during Tendering and Execution of Projects, in coordination with the related People Leader of the staff and Project Teams.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. Resource Planning and Allocation:
- Develop and implement resource plans and processes for construction and commissioning activities.
- Ensure optimal allocation of labour and Tools to meet project deadlines under use of a Resource Management Tool .
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to avoid bottlenecks and keep utilization rate high.
2. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with Project managers, Construction & Commissioning Managers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of resource needs with project schedules.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to resolve resource-related issues.
3 Training/ Development and Certification:
- Manage internal certification processes for Construction & Commissioning staff
- Work on Training and Development plans with the related People Leader of the staff and organize trainings
4. Reporting/ Forecasting:
- Prepare utilization reports and workload forecasts as basis for a long- term hiring strategy
5. Mobilization:
- Start Visa Processes via GE Mobilization Tools
- Clarify Visa subjects with GE Visa Partners and ensure Visa availability on time
- Clarify customs subjects related to equipment or material
- Work on training and development plans with the related People Leader of the staff and organize trainings
6. Tool Management:
- Ensure that Tools are maintained and calibration is up to date
- Develop a Tool strategy to maximise utilization
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on resource planning
- Proficiency in resource management software and project management tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear verbal and written reporting (English & German required).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend and approve corrective actions.
