Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as an internal expert on SAP SCM products, business needs, and industry and competitive trends.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather voice-of-customer requirements, refine needs, and collect product feedback.
Identify supply chain inefficiencies and develop SAP-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate across functions to implement process improvements aligned with business objectives.
Lead and support SAP supply chain projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective change management.
Train end-users and develop supporting materials on best practices across purchasing, inbound processes, vendor data management, production planning, inventory management, and shipping.
Configure and customize SAP SCM modules, ensure integration with enterprise systems, perform testing, and analyze supply chain data to validate performance and support decision-making.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
Experience in IT supply chain processes, including sourcing and procurement, inventory management, and production planning and execution.
Proven expertise in SAP MM and PP modules, including configuration and customization.
Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with knowledge of supply chain best practices, technology impact assessment, and competitive industry trends.
