Job Description Summary

The SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining supply chain processes through the effective use of SAP system and satellite application. This role involves leveraging SAP SCM modules to analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations. The SCM Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and DT, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP solutions.
 
You will work with business representatives and DT domain leaders to propose & validate solutions that provide added-value for the business. You will define priorities, plan projects, monitor execution and ensure results including expected business benefits realization. You will deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of the products features and functionalities.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.

Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain processes and develop SAP-based solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead and participate in SAP-related supply chain projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and effective change management.

Provide training and support to end-users on Purchasing & Inbound, Vendor Data Management, Production Planning & Execution, Inventory Management and Shipping best practices.

Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP SCM modules with other enterprise systems.

Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance.

Utilize SAP tools to gather and analyze data related to supply chain performance, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and supplier performance.

Configure and customize SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, QM, WM) to meet business requirements.

• Proven experience in SAP MM, PP, QM and WM modules, including configuration and customization.
